In-house Contracts Lawyer Engagement Nashville, TN

In-house, reduced-hour opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of contracts experience

Exciting opportunity for a junior transactional attorney to move in-house on a reduced-hour basis. One of Latitude’s corporate clients is interested in engaging an attorney for a 6-month (or longer) contract. Candidates must have prior experience reviewing commercial procurement agreements (e.g. MSAs, SaaS agreements and licensing agreements), with preference given to those candidates who have independently negotiated these types of contracts. Ideal schedule is between 20 and 30 hours per week.

Requirements of the In-house Contracts Lawyer:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience reviewing commercial procurement agreements
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Licensed in TN
  • Outstanding references
