Are you an experienced corporate attorney who has practiced at a sophisticated corporate law firm? Would you like the opportunity to work 40, 30 or even 25 hours a week while maintaining the sophistication of your current corporate practice? Requirements for the Corporate Consulting Attorney
- 5+ years corporate experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed in GA or eligible to immediately waive in
- Prior experience as an associate or counsel in the corporate practice group of a highly respected full service corporate law firm is highly preferred
- Outstanding references
