M&A Counsel (Part-Time, Remote)

Latitude has a great opportunity for an experienced M&A attorney to work with an in-house mergers and acquisition team on a long-term / on-going basis as M&A Counsel. You will run your own smaller deals for the business M&A team and collaborate on larger deals with the legal team. The successful attorney will have 5+ years of general M&A experience at some combination of an Am Law 200 firm, a boutique M&A practice and in-house. This is a terrific opportunity for an attorney who is comfortable with all elements of middle market M&A, who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and wants to work with a dynamic team, all on a part-time (half-time) basis, on their own schedule.
Requirements for the M&A Counsel (Part-Time, Remote)
- 5+ years of experience working on mergers and acquisitions, primarily middle-market / lower-middle market
- Ability to manage all aspects of a deal
- Prior experience at an Am Law 200 corporate law firm is strongly preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Outstanding references.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence.
