Corporate Finance Attorney: Private Placements and M&A (Remote)

A top Atlanta mid-size and full-service law firm has an immediate need for a Corporate / M&A / Private Placements attorney. This role will involve working with a very active and dynamic team practice group serving private company and private equity clients. Attorney must have 3 to 7+ years of recent law firm experience in transactional work, including private equity deals. Healthcare M&A experience is a plus.
Heavy drafting experience (operating agreements, stock purchase agreements, stock swaps, membership interest transfers, corporate bylaws and resolutions) and ability to work independently and communicate effectively (both in writing and over the phone) are also required. This opportunity is open for both engagement (contract) and full-time permanent candidates.
Requirements for the Corporate / Private Placements / M&A Attorney (Remote)
- 3-7+ years of corporate transactions experience, including M&A and private placements
- Significant volume of recent private placement work is a requirement
- Excellent academic credentials
- Recent experience as a corporate associate in an Am Law 200 or top boutique firm
- Licensed in state of residence
- Outstanding references
