Project Manager for LIBOR Repapering Project - Attorney or Paralegal (Remote) Engagement Charlotte, NC

Latitude is seeking a legal professional to serve as Project Manager, ideally with a finance background, to manage a repapering project for matters transitioning from LIBOR/IBOR to ARRs and related regulatory matters.  This will be a full-time engagement for a minimum of six months and can be done entirely remotely.  

Requirements for the Project Manager (Remote)

  • Legal professional (attorney or paralegal) with solid understanding of repapering projects and finance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff, track assignments and responses, develop and report on Management Information, and ability to work efficiently with both legal and IT/Data personnel
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding references
