Securities Litigation Attorney (Remote)

Latitude is seeking experienced Securities Litigation Attorneys with at least 6 years of experience (plaintiff or defense side) litigating matters involving alleged violations of the federal securities laws, such as allegations of false or misleading disclosures to shareholders, insider trading, and other types of financial misconduct. Applicants must have extensive experience drafting all manner of pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda, and must be able to independently handle the review and analysis of SEC public filings including, but not limited to, registration statements, annual reports, proxy statements, Forms-10K, 10-Q, and 8-K. Applicants must also have solid pretrial skills, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and conducting legal research.
Prior experience working as a securities litigation attorney for a full-service, AmLaw 200 firm, a sophisticated securities boutique, or for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission is strongly preferred.

- Prior experience working as a securities litigation attorney for a full-service, AmLaw 200 firm, or for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission is strongly preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
- Outstanding references.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence.
