Corporate Contracts Attorney - In-House Opportunity (Remote)

Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate contracts attorney to work in-house with one of its publicly traded company clients. Applicants must have extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of corporate contracts, including IT contracts, vendor contracts, equipment leases, real estate leases, payment processing agreements, security operation agreements, HR-related agreements, etc. Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 corporate law firm or in the in-house legal department of a large corporation is preferred. This is a remote, full-time, and immediate need.
Requirements for the Corporate Contracts Attorney:
- 6+ years of sophisticated experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing corporate contracts.
- Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 corporate law firm or in the in-house legal department of a large corporationis preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Outstanding references.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence.
