Real Estate Attorney with Lease Expertise (Engagement)

Latitude is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with significant lease experience for a part-to-full-time engagement assisting a public company's legal department with leasing operations. The position could be part or full-time and is expected to be a need for 2-4 months. Only attorneys with at least 3 years of commercial real estate experience and significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases should apply. This is an immediate need.
Requirements of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:
- At least 3 years of commercial real estate experience with significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial leases.
- Prior experience practicing in the commercial real estate department of a large corporate law firm, with a commercial real estate boutique firm, or in-house with a retail store is preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing
- Outstanding references required
