Financial Regulatory Attorney (REMOTE)

Latitude is seeking an experienced attorney who has familiarity with the regulations regarding the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA).    Desired experience includes regulatory compliance as to Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.  This engagement is part time and fully remote.

Minimum Qualifications of the Financial Regulatory Attorney

  • 5-15+ years as an attorney
  • Experience with Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) regulatory compliance as to Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments
  • Excellent organizational skills, with outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
  • Licensed in any state
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding references
