Latitude is seeking corporate transactional attorneys with extensive mergers and acquisitions and private equity experience. This is an immediate need and candidates may work remotely from any location in the United States. Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is highly preferred.
Requirements for the Corporate M&A Attorney:
- 6+ years of M&A and private equity experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
- Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is highly preferred
- Outstanding references
