Commercial Real Estate Attorney (In-House)

Latitude is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney with significant lease experience for a part-time, multi-month engagement assisting a public company's legal department with leasing operations. Applicants must have extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating office, warehouse, and land leases. Prior experience practicing in the commercial real estate department of a large corporate law firm, a commercial real estate boutique firm, or in-house with a major company client is preferred. This is an immediate need and remote applicants will be considered.
Requirements of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:
- At least 4 years of commercial real estate experience with significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating office, warehouse, and land leases.
- Prior experience practicing in the commercial real estate department of a large corporate law firm, a commercial real estate boutique firm, or in-house with a major company client is preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing
- Outstanding references
