Business Immigration Attorney (Remote)
An attorney job in Miami, FL
Latitude is seeking experienced business immigration attorneys. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience representing multinational corporations looking to sponsor foreign professionals for work visas and green cards and must be comfortable advising, reviewing, and filing a high-volume business immigration caseload, including H1Bs, L-1As, L-1Bs, O-1s, E-3s, etc. Prior experience working in the business immigration practice group of an AmLaw 200 law firm, a business immigration boutique firm, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation is preferred.
Requirements for the Business Immigration Attorney Job:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the business immigration practice group of an AmLaw 200 law firm, a business immigration boutique firm, or corporate legal department handling immigration matters
- Experience with work and residence permits, visas (PERMs, Hs, Ls, Os, Ps, Fs, and E visas), consular processing, and complex immigration analyses
- Highly organized and efficient case handling skills
- Outstanding client management skills
- Strong writing and analytical skills are essential
- Active law license in good standing
- Outstanding references
