Insurance Regulatory Attorney (Remote Considered)

Latitude is seeking an Insurance Regulatory attorney with 6+ years of legal experience. The successful candidate will be well-versed in insurance law and regulations, have strong analytical ability and excellent writing skills. Experience using NILS is essential. This position is fully remote and requires ability to work independently. The role will require consistent communication with others on the team, and therefore excellent communication skills are also required. This engagement is an immediate, full-time need. AmLaw 100 experience is strongly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications of the Insurance Regulatory Attorney
- 6+ years of legal experience with insurance law in-house at an insurance carrier, or as outside counsel at a well-respected full-service law firm or sophisticated boutique firm
- Must have Property and Casualty (“P&C”) insurance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using NILS
- Capability and experience to work independently
- Licensed in any state in the United States
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
