Corporate / M&A Attorney (Part-time, Remote)
An attorney job in Nashville, TN
Work part-time from your own home or local coffee shop. One of Latitude’s small, sophisticated firm clients is interested in engaging a corporate associate for a long-term, part-time/flex-time position. Attorney must have 3 to 7 years of recent law firm experience handling matters pertaining to entity creation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Working knowledge of Tennessee Revised LLC Act, the Tennessee Business Corporations Act and Delaware General Business Corporations Act is preferred.
Heavy drafting experience (operating agreements, stock purchase agreements, stock swaps, membership interest transfers, corporate bylaws and resolutions) and ability to work independently and communicate effectively (both in writing and over the phone) are also required. This is a part-time/flex-time position, but the ideal candidate would be available at least 20 hours per week.
