Director -- Ethics, ESG, and Risk Management (Attorney or Non-Attorney Compliance Professional)

Latitude has an excellent opportunity for an attorney or non-attorney compliance professional to take on a director-level position that resides in the ethics and compliance group of a large company. The position covers an array of matters in ethics, risk assessment, internal controls, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting. The successful candidate will lead ESG data collection for the entire company and must have the ability to work efficiently across business units and departments. The role includes conducting regulatory and policy reviews, creation of auditable processes, and development of appropriate strategies and metrics for the ESG program.
Requirements for the Director Position
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: ethics and compliance, corporate governance, risk management, internal audit and controls, ESG publishing, or an assurance-related function
- JD or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in ethics and compliance, business administration, communications, or related field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
