Part-Time FDA Regulatory Attorney (Remote Engagement)

Latitude is seeking a FDA Regulatory Attorney to assist an AmLaw firm on a part-time, remote basis. The attorney in this position will be an expert resource advising experienced IP and corporate partners and their clients on FDA regulatory compliance matters. Experience advising on pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device development and commercialization is required. The successful attorney may work remotely or in one of the client’s national offices.
In-house experience is a plus, but not required. Prior experience at the FDA and/or an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
Requirements for the Part-time FDA Regulatory Attorney (Remote Engagement)
- 4-20+ years of FDA regulatory practice experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or medical device areas
- AmLaw, FDA or boutique practice experience required
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing
- Outstanding references
