Experienced Antitrust Attorney (Part-time, Remote)

Latitude is looking for an experienced attorney to work on long-term engagement with an AmLaw client and play a lead role in counseling their clients regarding antitrust competitive issues. Ideally, the attorney will be situated in Washington, D.C. or Atlanta, but a remote location is possible with occasional travel to Washington.
The successful attorney will have 10+ years experience with an AmLaw firm or leading boutique in evaluating, counseling clients regarding and litigating anti-competitive behavior. Ideally, the attorney will have specific experience with matters related to pricing practices, mergers and acquisitions, the intersection of IP and antitrust and the healthcare industry. The ability to work collaboratively and effectively with firm attorneys and clients in a self-directed, problem-solving manner is crucial.
Requirements for the Anti-Trust Attorney (Part-time, Remote)
- 10+ years of antitrust experience with an AmLaw or leading boutique firm
- A varied experience across the antitrust field and across industries is required
- Excellent academic credentials
- Recent experience as a corporate associate in a law firm
- Licensed in state of residence, D.C. license preferred
- Outstanding references
