Former Am Law 100 Attorney and Talent Leader to Support Talent Operations Nationwide.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 21, 2026) – Latitude announced today that Lisa Hale has joined the company as Director of Talent Strategy & Operations, supporting its talent teams and operations nationwide.
As part of Latitude’s corporate talent team, led by Vice President of Talent Anne McKnight, Hale will support talent operations across the country, with a particular focus on recruiting efforts in new and growing markets. She will work closely with Latitude’s talent teams to refine recruiting processes and support a consistent, high-quality experience for the attorneys and legal professionals who work with Latitude.
Hale began her legal career in Atlanta at Rogers & Hardin before joining Am Law 100 firm Seyfarth Shaw, where her practice focused on employment litigation and counseling. She later transitioned into talent acquisition and human resources leadership at Aquila Software, advancing from Director of Talent Acquisition, Americas to Director of HR. In that role, she worked closely with senior executives across the company’s portfolio of software businesses, helped develop its HR function, and oversaw talent-related due diligence and integration for acquisitions.
Hale also spent five years as an adjunct professor at Florida Coastal School of Law, teaching Remedies and Legal History.
“Lisa brings a valuable combination of legal experience and talent leadership to this role,” said McKnight. “Having practiced law herself, she understands the importance of finding the right fit for both attorneys and the teams they join. She also brings significant experience building and supporting talent operations, along with a thoughtful approach to working with people that fits naturally with how we serve attorneys and clients.”
“What drew me to Latitude was the quality of its people and the emphasis on building genuine relationships,” said Hale. “I’ve spent my career working with people in different capacities, first as an attorney and later in talent and HR leadership. I’ve seen firsthand the difference the right opportunity can make, and I’m excited to bring those experiences together in this role.”
Hale earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
