Latitude Adds Rhonda Scott Kinslow as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement in Nashville

Seasoned Litigator to Connect Top-Tier Attorneys and Other Legal Professionals with Substantive Contract Engagements

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Nov. 14, 2023) – Latitude, a globally ranked flexible legal talent company that specializes in proving former Big Law and in-house attorneys for contract engagements with legal departments and law firms, announced today that Rhonda Scott Kinslow has joined the company’s Nashville office as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement.

As the newest member of Latitude’s nationwide legal recruiting and placement team, Kinslow works with experienced attorneys in Tennessee and around the country, matching them with sophisticated, flexible engagements with Latitude’s legal department and law firm clients.

Following a federal clerkship after graduating law school, Kinslow practiced commercial and environmental litigation at Tressler LLP in Chicago. She later joined the City of Chicago’s Law Department before returning to Nashville and working at Am Law 200 firm Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP, where she represented companies of all sizes as a commercial litigator. Kinslow also served as a contract attorney at HCA Healthcare, and most recently started her own firm with her husband, representing businesses and individuals in litigation and commercial transactions.

Kinslow earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. She is an experienced leadership trainer and coach in leadership development, conflict resolution, and diversity.
