Staci VanderPol Joins Latitude as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement in Seattle

Seasoned In-House Counsel to Place Former Big Law and In-House Attorneys with Rewarding Flexible Engagements

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 15, 2024) – Latitude, a globally ranked flexible legal talent company that specializes in providing former Big Law and in-house attorneys for contract engagements with legal departments and law firms, announced today that Staci VanderPol has joined the company’s Seattle office as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement.

VanderPol will connect highly experienced attorneys in Seattle and across the country with sophisticated and rewarding roles and help legal department and law firm leaders expand their teams to meet evolving needs. “I’m excited to expand our recruiting team in the Pacific Northwest,” said Partner in charge of Latitude’s Seattle operations, Susan Seah. “Staci’s deep ties to the greater Seattle legal community and her track record as a dedicated mentor to attorneys throughout her career make her an invaluable asset to our team.”

Before joining Latitude, Staci served as Senior Counsel at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC where she managed subsidiary operations, compliance, intercompany transactions, and employment matters. Her career also includes Corporate Counsel roles at Lexion, and Equinox Business Law Group PLLC, along with her early experience as Associate Corporate Counsel at Aptevo Therapeutics Inc. She earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Washington State University.
