Kimberly serves as an Advisor to Latitude.

In her role as Advisor to Latitude, Kimberly provides strategic counsel on legal operations, legal technology, AI-enabled transformation, and the modernization of legal service delivery. She works with law firms, legal service providers, and corporate legal departments to identify practical, scalable approaches for driving operational excellence and business value.

Kimberly is a nationally recognized legal operations and innovation leader with more than two decades of experience helping organizations transform how legal and professional services are delivered. Known for her ability to bridge strategy, technology, and business objectives, she has led large-scale transformation initiatives across corporate legal departments, legal service providers, and highly regulated industries. Her expertise spans legal operations, technology implementation, process improvement, change management, AI adoption, and organizational transformation.

Kimberly comes to Latitude with extensive leadership experience across the legal, financial services, and automotive sectors. Most recently, she has served as Director of Technology and Innovation at American Express, where she led initiatives focused on legal technology, innovation, and AI-enabled transformation. Previously, she was Head of Legal Operations at Nissan North America, where she built and led a high-performing legal operations function that became recognized as an industry leader. She has also held senior leadership positions with Bass, Berry & Sims, Dentons (formerly McKenna Long & Aldridge), and several other large law firms, advising organizations on legal service delivery, business strategy, and operational excellence.

A frequent speaker and contributor within the legal operations community, Kimberly is passionate about helping legal organizations navigate change, adopt emerging technologies responsibly, and create more efficient and effective ways of working. She has been actively involved with the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) and other industry organizations dedicated to advancing the legal profession.

When she isn’t working with clients on legal innovation and transformation, Kimberly can be found in the mountains of NC, traveling abroad, supporting community organizations, and working on her golf swing.

After more than a decade in Washington, D.C., Kimberly now resides in the Nashville area with her husband Joe.
