Patty Daniel

Patty is a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works out of the company’s Nashville office.

She works with experienced attorneys and legal professionals to identify flexible engagements and permanent opportunities that are a strong fit for their experience, interests, and career aspirations.

Before joining Latitude, Patty built her career as an attorney in private practice, including operating her own solo practice and serving as an attorney with Dodson Parker Behm & Capparella, PC., focusing her practice on estate planning and litigation. Earlier in her career, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Davidson County Circuit Court in Nashville. Prior to law school, she taught at a Metro Nashville public high school.

Patty earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her bachelor’s degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Staying actively involved in her community, she currently serves in leadership with her local chapter of P.E.O., has served as the President of the Board of Directors of the Wayne Reed Childcare Center, and has held leadership roles with her church.

Patty lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with her teenage sons and two rescue hounds. When she’s not cheering on the Tennessee Vols, she enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
