Latitude Welcomes Patty Daniel as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement in Nashville

Former Attorney and Judicial Law Clerk Joins Latitude’s Nashville Team

NASHVILLE (June 15, 2026) – Latitude announced today that Patty Daniel has joined the company’s Nashville office as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement.

Latitude is a flexible legal talent company that serves corporate legal departments and law firms by providing experienced attorneys for contract engagements and permanent roles.

Daniel’s career has taken her from the classroom to the courtroom and into private practice. Along the way, she’s built trusted relationships by taking the time to understand what matters to people and helping them navigate important decisions. Before joining Latitude, she taught at a Metro Nashville public high school, served as a judicial law clerk for the Davidson County Circuit Court in Nashville, and practiced estate planning and litigation, including operating her own solo practice. She has also remained active in her community through volunteer leadership roles.

Now at Latitude, Daniel will work closely with Candice Reed, Executive Vice President and Partner in charge of Latitude’s Tennessee operations, and the broader recruiting team to support legal departments and law firms nationwide. She will partner with experienced attorneys as they explore what’s next in their careers, helping connect them with flexible engagements and permanent opportunities that fit their experience, interests, and long-term goals.

“Patty has a way of making people feel comfortable and valued almost immediately,” said Reed. “She’s genuinely curious about others, she’s an exceptional listener, and she takes the time to understand people’s goals. Those qualities make a tremendous difference when you’re helping attorneys navigate career decisions and connecting legal teams with outstanding legal talent. We’re excited to welcome her to Latitude.”

“One of the things I’ve enjoyed most throughout my career is getting to know people and understanding what’s important to them,” said Daniel. “I’m excited to work with attorneys as they think about what’s next in their careers and help connect them with opportunities that truly fit their goals, while also helping build exceptional legal teams.

Daniel earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. When she’s not cheering on the Tennessee Vols and Vanderbilt ‘Dores, Patty enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time with her family and two rescue hounds.
