Latitude Adds Kate Radsan as Director of Legal Recruiting & Placement in Minneapolis
Former Law Firm Partner to Connect Top-Tier Attorneys with Flexible Legal Roles
MINNEAPOLIS (Jun. 8, 2023) – Kate Radsan has joined Latitude as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement in the company’s Minneapolis office. In this role, she works with experienced attorneys in Minnesota and nationwide, matching them with sophisticated, flexible engagements with Latitude’s legal department and law firm clients.
Radsan holds more than 30 years of experience as an attorney, nonprofit Board member, and business owner. She began her legal career in San Diego where she practiced law as an equity partner of the largest plaintiff law firm in the United States, Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach, and she went on to launch the firm’s Washington DC office. Later, Kate moved to the Twin Cities where she launched the law firm Radsan Smith.

Radsan earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and a volunteer for the Animal Humane Society and Ramsey County Library Friends.
Headquartered in Nashville, Latitude opened its Twin Cities office in January 2022 under the leadership of Culligan, a former Big Law Partner and corporate General Counsel.
