Nazleen is a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works out of the company’s Austin office. 

As Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement, Nazleen supports legal departments and law firms in the Austin region and nationwide. She provides seasoned attorneys with sophisticated engagements and helps legal teams scale thoughtfully to meet evolving business demands.  

Before joining Latitude, Nazleen served as Director, Advisory and Client Services at AdvanceLaw where she partnered with general counsel and legal operations leaders to modernize outside counsel selection and management. She worked closely with corporate legal teams to optimize greater efficiency using peer performance data, enabling more informed assessment of quality, innovation, and diversity. Earlier in her career, she practiced law and later held senior leadership roles at South Texas College of Law Houston, where she focused on student and attorney professional development, employer relations and recruiting, strengthening law firm partnerships, and career strategy. This experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of law firm and legal department needs, hiring priorities, and the evolving demands of the legal market. 

Nazleen earned her J.D. at South Texas College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University (Whoop!).  

She lives in Houston, Texas with her husband, two sons, and a daughter. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, discovering great food, listening to music, and reading.
