Desired experience includes: mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, private equity transactions, IPOs, and representation of publicly-traded and significant privately-held companies in complex corporate matters.

Requirements for the Corporate Consulting Attorney

  • 5+ years corporate experience at an Am Law firm, corporate boutique or similar legal department
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
  • Prior experience as an associate or counsel in the corporate practice group of a highly respected full service corporate law firm is highly preferred
  • Outstanding references

  • Schedule: Flexible (full-time, part-time or anywhere in-between)
  • Location: Atlanta, GA (remote, on-site or a combination of the two)
