Data Privacy/Data Protection Attorney (remote)

Latitude is seeking experienced data privacy and security attorneys. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of global privacy and data security laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as well as state data breach notification laws and data security standards. Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 corporate law firm and/or a large tech company legal department is strongly preferred. CIPP/E and CIPP/US certifications are a plus.

Minimum Requirements for the Data Privacy/Data Protection Attorney:

  • 3+ years as a data privacy attorney with an AmLaw 200 law firm and/or a large corporate legal department
  • Strong academic credentials from a top accredited law school
  • Outstanding references
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
