Junior Data Privacy & Security Attorney

Are you an attorney with less than three years of experience in data privacy and security? Would you be excited to work as a Latitude attorney on a flexible engagement handling data privacy and security projects for a large software company? If so, then this could be the role for you. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of global privacy and data security laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as well as state data breach notification laws and data security standards. Prior experience working at an Am Law 200 corporate law firm and/or a large tech company legal department is strongly preferred. CIPP/E and CIPP/US certifications are a plus.
