Allison Hartnett Joins Latitude Atlanta as Director of Legal Recruiting & Placement
Former Big Law and In-House Attorney in Atlanta and St. Louis Brings Labor and Employment Experience to High-End Legal Services Company
ATLANTA (November 17, 2021) – Allison Hartnett has joined Latitude as director of legal recruiting and placement in the company’s Atlanta office. In this role, she will work with experienced attorneys, paralegals, legal operations professionals and compliance officers in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast by engaging them in substantive legal work with corporate legal departments and law firms.
Before joining Latitude, Hartnett was a labor and employment attorney with Am Law 200 firm Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP in Atlanta. While there she counseled employers on employee separation and disciplinary issues, compliance with nationwide employment laws, restrictive covenants, and employment offer letters and agreements.

Hartnett joined Morris, Manning & Martin from McMahon Berger in St. Louis, where she was also in the labor and employment practice group. She has also been a litigation attorney with Brinker & Doyen LLP in St. Louis, and she started her career as a law clerk with Trans States Holdings, Inc., a privately owned holding company which owns and operates GoJet Airlines just outside of St. Louis.

Hartnett earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University.
