Schnittker Will Serve as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement, Connecting Premier Legal Talent with Flexible Legal Roles
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (July 11, 2022) – Madeleine Schnittker has joined Latitude as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement in the company’s Indianapolis office. In this role, she will work with experienced attorneys, paralegals, legal operations professionals and compliance officers in Indiana and nationwide to place them in high-end flexible consulting engagements and traditional permanent positions with Latitude’s corporate legal department and law firm clients.
Before joining Latitude, Schnittker served as Corporate Counsel for CA Student Living, an organization that develops, invests in and operates apartments near large universities. In this position, she worked with the company’s business teams to document vendor engagements, review investment transactions, and resolve contractual and tenant-related disputes. Prior to that, she was a member of the Global Finance group at Nixon Peabody and a corporate and finance associate at Winston & Strawn. Schnittker is based in Chicago.

Schnittker earned her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
