Moon is Responsible for Legal Recruiting Procedures and Training Across All Latitude Markets
NASHVILLE, TN (June 14, 2022) – Latitude today announced that Cynthia Moon has been named Vice President of Legal Recruiting and Placement. Her primary responsibilities include leadership of legal recruiting procedures and training across the company’s existing and growing markets.

Moon joined Latitude in December 2019 as the Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement for the company’s Nashville office. Prior to joining Latitude, Moon was the General Counsel and Director of Human Resources for TCW, an intermodal trucking company headquartered in Nashville. She also has prior experience in employment law and legal recruiting.

Moon received her B.A. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from William & Mary Law School. She has held multiple leadership roles in bar organizations as well as community and professional groups, and she is a frequent speaker at CLE engagements throughout the community.
