Robin Bicket White Joins Latitude as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement

Corporate Restructuring Attorney to Place Former Big Law and In-House Attorneys with Rewarding Flexible Engagements

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 14, 2024) – Latitude, a globally ranked flexible legal talent company that specializes in providing former Big Law and in-house attorneys for contract engagements with legal departments and law firms, announced today that Robin Bicket White has joined the company’s Nashville office as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement.

White will serve the Tennessee legal community by finding exciting roles for outstanding attorneys and helping legal department and law firm leaders expand their teams to meet fluctuating demand.

“I’m pleased to be expanding our recruiting team in Nashville to meet growing client needs for top-tier legal talent,” said Executive Vice President and Partner in charge of Latitude’s Tennessee operations, Candice Reed. “I’ve had the privilege of working with Robin within the Nashville legal community for years, often on opposite sides of the same case. Her expertise and integrity are well-known, and I’m thrilled to finally be on the same team with her!”

Before joining Latitude, White worked as a business bankruptcy attorney in Nashville, starting with a boutique law firm setting and eventually practicing as a Member in an Am Law 200 law firm.

“Throughout my career, I have been engaged in conversations about the importance of flexible work arrangements to retain legal talent and I was fortunate to be able to create flexible options for myself during the years that I practiced law in Nashville,” said White. “I firmly believe that the legal industry benefits from offering a variety of options to legal professionals ranging from reduced-hour arrangements to project-based or short-term engagements. I am excited to provide connections between highly qualified legal professionals and law firms and law departments, and to assist with filling both permanent positions and engagement opportunities outside of those traditional permanent roles.”

A Nashville Bar Foundation Fellow, White was listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Mid-South Super Lawyers. She earned her J.D. and B.A. from Vanderbilt University and completed her Civil Mediation training at the Lipscomb University Institute for Conflict Management.
