Jimmy Maners

Jimmy is a Director, Talent Strategy & Operations, on Latitude’s Corporate Talent Team.

In this role, Jimmy supports Latitude’s talent teams across the country, partnering with recruiters in new and high-volume markets to strengthen candidate pipelines, refine talent processes, and ensure a consistently high-quality experience for the legal professionals Latitude serves across the United States and in multiple international jurisdictions.

Before joining Latitude, Jimmy served as a Legal Executive Recruiter at a national legal recruiting firm, drawing on nearly a decade of practice experience as a commercial litigation associate with both K&L Gates and Butler Snow, representing clients in complex disputes involving contract, employment, and corporate matters. His broader legal experience also includes transactional and real estate work, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both advisory and advocacy roles within the legal profession.

Jimmy earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, his MBA from the College of Charleston, and his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.

A frequent volunteer at his children’s school and actively involved with the Augusta Golf Association, Jimmy lives in Augusta, Georgia, and enjoys golf, being outdoors, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
