Jorge de la Osa Joins Latitude as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement

Experienced Global Legal and Compliance Executive to Place Former Big Law and In-House Attorneys with Rewarding Flexible Engagements

TAMPA, Fla. (Jul. 9, 2024) – Latitude, a globally ranked flexible legal talent company that specializes in providing former Big Law and in-house attorneys for contract engagements with legal departments and law firms, announced today that Jorge de la Osa has joined the company’s Tampa office as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement.

De la Osa will serve the legal community in Tampa Bay and nationwide by finding exciting roles for outstanding attorneys and helping legal department and law firm leaders expand their teams to meet fluctuating demand.

De la Osa is a tenured global legal and compliance executive, whose most recent role was as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer with Bluegreen Vacations. He also served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel at Wyndam Vacation Ownership and began his legal career as a real estate associate at BakerHostetler LLP. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
