Latitude Welcomes Nate Kostelnik as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement in Tampa

Experienced Attorney and Legal Industry Leader Joins Growing Tampa Bay Team

TAMPA, Fla. (May 19, 2026) – Latitude announced today that Nate Kostelnik has joined the company’s Tampa Bay office as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement.

Latitude is a globally ranked flexible legal talent company that serves corporate legal departments and law firms by providing experienced former in-house counsel and Big Law attorneys for flexible contract engagements and permanent roles across a wide range of practice areas.

Kostelnik joins Partner Kyle Robisch and Latitude’s growing Tampa Bay team, which also recently welcomed Lauren Maier as Operations and Client Support Manager. In this role, Kostelnik will support legal departments and law firms nationwide by matching experienced attorneys and legal professionals with flexible and permanent opportunities aligned with their backgrounds and experience, as well as their long-term career goals.

Kostelnik brings experience from both private practice and in-house legal environments. Before joining Latitude, he served as a director for the Oncology Nursing Society, the trade association serving over 35,000 oncology nurses nationwide. Prior to that, he practiced at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote and Houston Harbaugh, P.C. in Pittsburgh, where he focused on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and litigation matters.

In addition to his legal practice experience, Kostelnik is involved in legal operations and innovation-focused organizations across the industry. He is a member of CLOC’s Voice and Brand Council, serves as Council Lead for the Contract Nerds Community Council, and is a member of the Steering Committee for AI Benchmarks for the Legal Industry. He also self-published a book titled LLC Launchpad.

Kostelnik earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.
