Latitude Welcomes Nazleen Jiwani as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement

Former Attorney with Deep Experience Supporting Attorney Careers Joins Latitude’s Austin Team

AUSTIN, Texas (Jan. 22, 2026) – Latitude announced today that Nazleen Jiwani has joined the company’s Austin office as a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement.

Latitude is a globally ranked flexible legal staffing company that serves corporate legal departments and law firms by providing experienced former in-house counsel and Big Law attorneys for flexible contract engagements and permanent roles across a wide range of practice areas.

In her new role, Jiwani will work closely with Tori Keith, Partner in charge of Latitude’s Austin office, to match highly experienced attorneys with complex, meaningful engagements and to help legal teams scale thoughtfully to meet evolving business demands. She brings a broad perspective shaped by her experience working closely with general counsel, legal operations leaders, law firms, and attorneys at every stage of their careers.

Prior to joining Latitude, Jiwani served as Director, Advisory and Client Services at AdvanceLaw, where she partnered with general counsel and legal operations leaders to modernize outside counsel selection and management. She worked closely with corporate legal teams to drive greater efficiency through peer performance data, enabling more informed assessments of quality, innovation, and diversity.

Earlier in her career, Jiwani practiced law and later held senior leadership roles at South Texas College of Law Houston. There, she focused on student and attorney professional development, employer relations and recruiting, strengthening law firm partnerships, and career strategy. This experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of law firm and legal department needs, hiring priorities, and the evolving demands of the legal market.

Jiwani earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
