Rhonda serves as Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement and works out of Latitude’s Nashville office.

In this role, she connects highly skilled former in-house counsel and Big Law attorneys with sophisticated flexible engagements as well as permanent positions.

Rhonda is a seasoned litigator with 20 years of experience. She began her career as a federal law clerk in the Middle District of Tennessee and then joined Tressler LLP in Chicago, Illinois. She then joined the City of Chicago Law Department as a city prosecutor before returning to Nashville and working at Am Law 200 firm Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP, where she represented companies of all sizes as a commercial litigator. Rhonda worked as a contract attorney in-house at HCA Healthcare where she managed litigation and oversaw e-discovery. Most recently, Rhonda and her husband started their own firm where they represented businesses and individuals in litigation and commercial transactions.

Rhonda served as a member of the disciplinary committee for the Board of Professional Responsibility for 10 years. She is an experienced leadership trainer and coach in leadership development, conflict resolution, and diversity. She is an active member of the Nashville community currently serving as the Chair of the Family Advisory Council at Monroe Carell, Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt as well as a member of the following boards: the Nashville Zoo (where she also serves on the Zoo’s Diversity Committee), the Bordeaux North Chamber of Commerce, the Brooklyn Heights Community Garden, and the Spruce Street House of Hope (home for disabled adults).

Rhonda earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia. She and her husband have four children and reside in North Nashville.
