Staci is Director of Legal Recruiting & Placement, working in the company’s Seattle office.

In this role, she connects top-tier attorneys with rewarding flexible engagements and permanent roles, while helping legal departments and law firms build their teams to meet evolving demands.

Before joining Latitude, Staci accumulated extensive experience as in-house counsel across a variety of industries, including insurance, technology, startups, and life sciences. Most recently, she served as Senior Counsel at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC, where she managed subsidiary operations, compliance, intercompany transactions, and employment matters. Her career also includes Corporate Counsel roles at Lexion (acquired by DocuSign) and Equinox Business Law Group PLLC, along with her early experience as Associate Corporate Counsel at Aptevo Therapeutics Inc. These roles have sharpened her expertise in corporate governance, contract negotiation, and strategic legal guidance, providing her with invaluable insight into the unique needs and challenges of legal teams.

Staci is an active leader in the legal community, serving as a board member of the Mother Attorney Mentoring Association (MAMA) Seattle and as Vice President of MAMA USA. She is dedicated to mentoring attorneys and law students, with a particular focus on those pursuing in-house roles, by offering guidance on career development, job market strategies, and essential skills.

Staci earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Washington State University. She resides in Auburn, WA with her husband and their four beautiful children.
