Prior to joining Latitude, Katie Bennett served as Assistant General Counsel at UBS in Nashville. During her three years at the Fortune Global 500 company, Katie worked collaboratively with corporate center departments and branch management throughout the United States to provide legal counsel to the firm’s domestic branches on trust and estate issues, contract negotiations, and general risk related matters. Before going in-house, Katie practiced real estate, business law and estate planning at the law firm of Reynolds Johnston Hinton LLP in Kentucky from 2012 to 2015.

Katie graduated from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law in 2012, where she was active in the Student Bar Association (SBA) and served as the SBA’s Vice-President, Fundraising Chair, and the law school’s representative to the Louisville Bar Association. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2009 with a degree in Political Science and completed a study-abroad program in London during the winter term of her senior year.

Katie is a board member on the University of Louisville Law School’s Alumni Council and a Kentucky Bar Foundation Fellow. She also is a member of the Marion Griffin Chapter of the Lawyers’ Association for Women in Nashville.

At Latitude, Katie helps experienced attorneys and paralegals transition into life-changing consulting engagements and permanent positions. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dachshund, Franklin.
