Cabot serves as an Advisor to Latitude.

In this role, Cabot advises Latitude on company-wide operations, including the systems and infrastructure supporting our high-performing teams.

Cabot has over 25 years of leadership experience spanning law, operations, and executive management. His career reflects a consistent focus on building high-performing teams, scaling operations for growth, and delivering client-centric solutions. He has a proven track record of aligning people, processes, and technology to create operational frameworks that support long-term business objectives.

Previously, Cabot served as Chief Administrative Officer at Relode, a healthcare flexible staffing and technology company, where he led operational strategy, legal affairs, and administrative functions.

Earlier in his career, he was a corporate partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, one of the Southeast’s largest law firms (now part of Am Law 50 firm Holland & Knight), advising clients on complex transactions and fundraising. He also held leadership roles at Miller Ventures, focusing on investment and operational advisory services.

Cabot earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Georgia.

He and his wife live in Nashville and have three children.
