Lesley is Vice President of Talent at Latitude.

Lesley is responsible for Latitude’s global talent strategy, company-wide talent processes and candidate experience, and supporting Latitude talent teams across all regional corporate offices.

Prior to joining Latitude, Lesley served as VP and Head of Talent for a San Francisco-based tech-enabled global flexible talent company, and before that served as VP, Talent Acquisition & Lawyer Talent, and in multiple other talent-facing roles for an international global legal talent company. Lesley has more than a decade of experience recruiting and supporting world-class talent for highly selective assignments with top law firms and Fortune Global 500 companies.

Lesley began her career in the Toronto office of one of Canada’s top international law firms, McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where she practiced labor and employment law.

Lesley, a native of Canada, earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University, a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Lesley lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters.
